The website provides general product and technical information. Reference interfaces, architectures, model targets, pricing, and evaluation methods may change. A capability becomes a binding commitment only when stated in a signed order form, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape in a manner that harms availability, misrepresent affiliation, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding, graphics, and Software Spark materials are owned by or licensed to Software Spark. Third-party model names and marks belong to their respective owners. No partnership, endorsement, model license, or weight license is implied by a reference.
5. Model and API access
Model artifacts, API endpoints, credentials, datasets, and software packages are not publicly licensed by this website. Any evaluation or production access requires separate approval and applicable contractual terms. Credentials must not be shared or used outside their authorized scope.
6. Pricing and proposals
Public prices are introductory list rates before applicable taxes, provider charges, region, hardware, support, and committed-capacity adjustments. A final quote and signed agreement control where they differ from this website.
7. No warranties
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that general website content is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular deployment decision.
8. Limitation
